Dr. Jeff Thomas

Major Jeff Thomas joined Greenwood Surgical in 2007, after serving in the United States Air Force since 2003. He served as a general surgeon in Bagdad from 2004 to 2005 during Iragi Freedom.  We are fotunate and honored to have Dr. Thomas as a part of Greenwood Surgical Associates.

 Dr. Thomas received his undergraduate degree from Emory University.  He attended medical school at the University of Louisville.  He completed is general surgery training at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.

Dr. Thomas is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).  He holds membership in SAGES, Southeastern Surgical Congress, and American Society of Breast Surgeons.

Dr. Thomas is married to DeAnna.  They have two girls--Taylor and Amber.
